North Carolina Room Rental Agreement
This Room Rental Agreement is created on ______ [Insert Date Here] between ______ [Landlord's Full Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord") and ______ [Tenant's Full Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant"). Rental Term

Rights and Obligations
The Landlord has the right to enter the premises for inspections or repairs after providing at least 24 hours notice to the Tenant, except in the case of emergency, as allowed by North Carolina law. The Tenant has the right to quiet enjoyment of the premises without undue disturbance from the Landlord or other tenants.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party. The Tenant is required to provide a 30-day notice before moving out. At the end of the tenancy, the Tenant agrees to return the room in the same condition it was at the beginning of the tenancy, except for reasonable wear and tear.
