North Carolina Real Estate Purchase Agreement
This Real Estate Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is made this ______ day of __________, 20__, by and between _________________ ("Seller") and _________________ ("Buyer"). The parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, including but not limited to the North Carolina Residential Property Disclosure Act, for the purchase and sale of the property described herein.
1. Property Description
The real property to be sold under this Agreement is located at: _______________________________________ ("Property"). The legal description of the Property is: __________________________________________.
2. Purchase Price and Terms
The purchase price for the Property shall be $__________ ("Purchase Price"). The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price as follows:
- Initial deposit of $__________ to be paid upon execution of this Agreement.
- The balance of $__________, plus any agreed upon adjustments, to be paid at closing.
3. Closing and Possession

4. Inspections

5. Disclosures

6. Title and Risk of Loss

7. Default
If either party fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the non-defaulting party shall have the right to declare a default and pursue any remedies available under North Carolina law or as outlined in this Agreement.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
